The central program contains functions for the registration of error reports related to customer service requirements, transmission of work orders, and for receiving reports related to the work that has been performed.



How SMS-Service Operates
A mobile link is used to transmit and receive work reports by SMS. Status levels of the work are determined and registered automatically in the central program. A handheld computer program provides further support to the central program to remotely read work reports, and to register work reports in the field.

The Central Program has been developed using well-known stable techniques and operates using either Windows NT or Windows 2000. The Central program uses MS Access for database storage and provides simple and fully compatible data import and export for other programs. Mobile communication is based on worldwide standard GSM techniques and the associated SMS-message system.
